Prayer Chain Network

The Prayer Chain Network of Hellas was birthed on March 17, 1999, out of a Word the Lord gave for the formation of an intercessory group that would represent different churches and ministries. As the prophetic word came forth through George E. Markakis, few Pastors and intercessors recognized the call of God and responded to it. Pastor Vincent Kluvia (of the Lamb of God church) was the first one to respond to the call. Pastor Nida Namattoc (of the River of Life church) was one more Pastor to respond, and faithfully serve the cause through the years. Vincent, Nida and George are considered the co-founders of this informal, relational network, which was later given the name Prayer Chain Network.

Following several prayer activities and important corporate interaction through 1999 and 2000, a group of Pastors and intercessors became regular participants of the PCN led events and prayer initiatives. By November 2000 PCN started regular monthly prayer meetings which carry on to this day. Since November 2001 PCN started Prayer Conferences which helped the prayer movement of Hellas to grow, and the prophetic word and work of the Lord to become known and established in the land.

By 2004 PCN is gradually responding to a shift in the spiritual atmosphere of Hellas and Europe, which is gradually receiving more of the flow of the Holy Spirit, which is increasingly bringing us closer to a massive spiritual awakening of the nation and the continent. Vincent Kluvia is PCN's Apostolic leader, with Nida Namattoc the executive co-leader. George E. Markakis has served through the years as a prophetic voice that helps form vision and direction, and as coordinator of events and activities.

This PCN chapter of the DEFEND EUROPE website stores and makes available historical records of the life of PCN, which has served Hellas and Europe under a forerunner's prophetic anointing, that locally opened the way for a corporate priesthood anointing to enter into Hellas, and prepare the way for the Gatekeepers of Europe to come forth. PCN of Hellas is a local forerunning picture of what God is doing in Europe at this time, as He is raising up on continental level intercessors with a corporate priesthood anointing, who are guarding and keeping the spiritual gates of Europe.

PCN of Hellas supports, and is part of, the European prayer initiative "Target Europe", led by UK's Roger Mitchell and Germany's Michael Schiffman.
